Example – I developed a pricing and customer relations management software application, working with a budget of £125,000, for the UK, US and Australian businesses. This required time and personnel management on a global scale and involved intense travelling both nationally and internationally. Tasks involved gap analysis, end user requirement research, product development and testing, rolling out, and training. Analytical and presentational skills were key to this process, as was the ability to liaise with a culturally diverse client base and resolve conflicts.

Example – I am responsible for 9 Key Account customers, additional to regular clients. Key Accounts provide regular work of sustained volume and value that therefore require managing to a level where confidence in our brand is maintained. Regular meetings and social activities are necessary, as is exemplary service, while the rewards are projects regularly in excess of £1m in value.

Example – I regularly receive specifications from customers that may be financially or structurally unworkable, or may not satisfy official regulations and guidelines. Working with the client I will advise on potential solutions, be it cost saving or design suggestions, which not only increases the likelihood of a project advancing but builds confidence in the competency of the company.

Example – Further to bespoke systems tailored to the needs of the business I regularly work with a wide range of software applications. I am naturally familiar with the Microsoft Office based programs; however my duties also require that I am proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat and Dreamweaver. Additionally, the freelance projects I conduct are based on the use of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, After Effects, Audition, Flash and Encore, while I occasionally have call to use 3D Studio Max.
