My RB5 Impreza & Lee's Williams Clio at Santa Pod

In March these two cars will be travelling to the Nurburgring as part of our 30th Birthday celebrations, but as a shakedown we took them to the Saturday Night Special at Santa Pod on 16.02.08.

My first ever run up the strip at Santa Pod in a freind's Williams Clio that i'd never driven in anger before. Hardly the best preperation, but it was fun nonetheless. No substitute for karting though!

While 22 of the top F1 guys raced around the Melbourne circuit, 3 monkeys raced around a poor Scalextric imitation on a carpet in Worcester.

 

Wii Boxing - Float Like a Fairy, Sting Like a Paper Cut.

The adreneline pumps, the excitement mounts and the tension is tangiable. Yes it's fight night, Nintendo Wii style.
God help us and anyone in a ten foot radius. By the way, at time of recording the two protangonists we're both 29 and clearly old enough to know much better. Old enough to know that if I film them doing this then it's bound to end up on Youtube.

In 2004 the '0' Safety Car for Wales Rally GB was a Bowler Wildcat, a heavily modified Land Rover built in Derbyshire. This proves that even the safety car can get it wrong!

 

Mini Cooper on a Dark and Narrow Welsh Back Road

This is the back way to my summer house on the west coast of Wales. In something like a Mini Cooper it's a fantastic drive even within the speed limit (60mph)!!
